Imagine the entire anatomy of a high-performance home—J-Forms, E-Walls, and I-Walls—all working in perfect harmony with a high-performance HVAC system, low-flow plumbing, and Energy Star appliances to slash energy consumption to the bone. The Wiley not only met every ambitious energy target but surpassed these goals with incredible success. Then, in remarkable proof of our system's efficiency, a framing crew entirely new to the Build SMART method erected the structure and achieved a weather-tight envelope in just five days from the time the panels arrived on site. That same crew has since completed multiple Build SMART projects, becoming progressively faster and more refined in their process.
